Ocean View Scuba Centre operates as a recreational PADI dive centre. The course fee is the training and certification charge; boat trips, equipment hire, Nitrox and other variable diving costs are listed separately below so you can see exactly what you're paying for. Technical gas mixes, rebreather training and other technical-diving products aren't part of the programme at launch.

Gas Programme
Our gas programme is recreational only. Enriched air from EAN28 through EAN36 carries a single supplement of ₱300 per cylinder — no technical mixes are offered.
At Launch
Other recreational specialties join the programme once instructor ratings, equipment and demand justify them. We don't offer technical diving, technical gas blending or rebreather training in these first years.
