Ocean View Residences
Ocean View Residences is an exclusive boutique development by Cormorant Developments (OPC), comprising only six individually designed oceanfront homes in Argao, southern Cebu, overlooking the Bohol Strait.
Yes. All six residences are available for purchase off-plan — each shares the same layout and the same view across the Bohol Strait, so you're choosing a unit number rather than a different home. Visit Own a Residence to register your interest and request current pricing.
Not yet — Ocean View Residences is still under development, so short-stay accommodation isn't available. Register your interest on the Register for Future Stays page and we'll notify you with construction updates and advance notice once reservations open.
No. Once it opens, the Ocean View Scuba Centre will welcome every level, from guided fun dives with no certification needed through to full PADI courses, whether you're trying scuba for the first time or working toward Divemaster.
It will. The Ocean View Scuba Centre is not yet open, but it will operate as a recreational PADI dive centre, with a full course path from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water through Advanced, Rescue and professional-level training, plus a range of specialties. See the Dive Courses & Pricing page for the planned, indicative list.
The Ocean Bar is open to residents, divers and visitors alike — everyone is welcome to enjoy premium cocktails, light lunches and snacks with views across the Bohol Strait.
Ocean View Residences sits on the southern coast of Cebu Island in Argao, roughly two hours from Cebu City, directly overlooking the Bohol Strait.
The Scuba Centre and short-stay accommodation haven't opened yet — use the "Register Your Interest" links from the homepage, or send us an enquiry through the contact form, and our team will follow up with you directly once they're available.
