These Terms of Use apply when you access or use oceanviewresidences.ph (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Cormorant Developments (OPC), a One Person Corporation registered in the Republic of the Philippines and based in Argao, Cebu.
The Site provides information about Ocean View Residences, Ocean Dives, Ocean Bar and the services of Cormorant Developments (OPC).
Information published on the Site is provided for general information and marketing purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing on the Site constitutes a contractual offer, reservation, sale agreement, professional appointment or other legally binding commitment by Cormorant Developments (OPC).
Submitting an enquiry or contact form does not, by itself, reserve a residence, accommodation, dive, course, activity or date.
A reservation, booking or purchase becomes binding only when it has been expressly confirmed by us and any applicable reservation agreement, booking conditions, purchase agreement, payment requirements or other contractual documentation has been completed.
Until confirmation, availability, dates, prices, specifications and other information remain subject to change.
Where online booking facilities are introduced, the specific terms displayed or provided during that booking process will apply in addition to these Terms of Use.
Payment arrangements vary according to the service being provided.
Where the Site does not provide an online payment facility, payment arrangements will be confirmed directly with the customer.
Payments relating to accommodation, diving activities, property reservations or purchases are governed by the specific terms applicable to that transaction and not solely by these Terms of Use.
Never send money or banking information in response to payment instructions unless you have verified that the instructions have genuinely been issued by Cormorant Developments (OPC).
We take reasonable care to ensure that information concerning Ocean View Residences is accurate. However, the development remains subject to design development, statutory approvals, construction requirements and other changes that may occur during the development process.
Architectural drawings, floor plans, dimensions, areas, specifications, materials, finishes, furniture, landscaping, photographs, computer-generated images, renders and other visualisations displayed on the Site are provided for general guidance and illustration unless expressly stated otherwise.
Views shown in photographs or visualisations may be affected by viewpoint, weather, vegetation, neighbouring development or future changes to the surrounding environment.
Dimensions and areas should be regarded as approximate unless expressly incorporated into contractual documentation.
Cormorant Developments (OPC) may make reasonable changes to the design, specification, materials, finishes and construction of the development.
For the avoidance of doubt, only information expressly incorporated into an executed Reservation Agreement, Purchase Agreement or other applicable contractual document forms part of the contractual agreement between Cormorant Developments (OPC) and a purchaser.
Prospective purchasers should obtain the current sales documentation and, where appropriate, independent professional and legal advice before making a purchase decision.
Information describing architectural, engineering, construction-management, development consultancy or project-recovery services provided or coordinated by Cormorant Developments (OPC) is general information only.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a professional appointment or consultant-client relationship.
Professional services are undertaken only following agreement of the applicable scope, responsibilities, fees and contractual terms.
Where Philippine law requires drawings, calculations, specifications or other professional documents to be signed and sealed, those documents are signed and sealed by the appropriately registered and licensed professional responsible for the relevant discipline.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and current but do not guarantee that all information will at all times be complete, current or free from error.
Prices, availability, programmes, services and specifications may change.

Subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law, disputes relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Cebu, Philippines.
